Hi! I'm Jane Forinash!
I've been an Assistant Vice President/Sales Executive with Ticor Title Company for 17+ years. Ticor is part of Fidelity National Financial, the largest holding company of title companies in the nation. Together with our sister companies, we provide over 45% of the nations title insurance needs! And, our entity does title insurance in 40 countries outside of the US. Our clients are in great hands with Ticor Title!!!

I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors in Real Estate and a Psychology minor. Immediately after graduation, because I'd already taken ALL the classes required for a California Real Estate Brokers' License and the degree allowed me to go straight to the broker test, without being a salesman first, I took the test, and passed! I've renewed my license every 4 years, and will never let it go!

I've worked at four other title companies. Xerox Corporation hired me to be their Western States computer sales person, and sent me back to the Xerox Training Facility in Leesburg, Virginia for 3 weeks. The most important part of that training was SPIN: the acronym for Situation, Problem, Implication, Need. This was the most valuable sales training I've ever received!

At Ticor, I specialize in lender, purchase and escrow clients. Ticor has excellent title officers, escrow officers and customer service. My management team is second to none!!! We have almost unlimited tools that can help our clients with their business. I have excellent national vendors to handle escrow and title services throughout the nation.

I am hard working, honest and reliable. Those traits are at my very core. My clients know that when they ask for assistance, they can count on me 100% of the time! No exceptions! I'm successful because I always do what I say I am going to do, again,
No exceptions!

I think my clients would concur with my work ethic and how much I truly care about each and every client. At my very core are my Christian values. I am a Christian first, and those values lead me in everything I do!

I was born in Riverside, raised in Costa Mesa, moved with my Mom and Dad to Del Mar, met my husband, Bruce, have been married for over 30 years, and have our one son, Dougie and his wife, Caitlin. I'm a very blessed gal!!!
